Missouri literacy

In order to promote literacy in the state of Missouri, the roads are named with letters.

    Living here in the midwest, we have learned that Kentucky's podunk reputation was actually earned by Missouri and traded in a state swap for a 12 pack of bud and some "coon" meet. St. Louis is quite nice, but it doesn't get much more backwoods than rural MO! :)
